Grey Havens YA (Young Adult): A philosophy discussion group for grades 6-12 that meets every Saturday, 2-4 p.m., at Firehouse Art Center, 4th and Coffman in Longmont. HOPE (Homeless Outreach Providing Encouragement) Partnership: Twice monthly philosophy discussions with shelter residents in HOPE for Longmont’s navigation program.
Prefects/Junior Prefects: Four groups at Erie Community Library and Carbon Valley Library that discuss big ideas and engage in critical thinking while sharing their love of Harry Potter. Contemplative Reading Group: Apply sacred reading practices to secular texts. Contemplative Reading helps you to get the most out of literature and life! 3rd Thursday of every month, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at Firehouse Art Center.
