Grey Havens Philosophy
Join us every second Sunday of the month from 1:00-2:30 p.m. (Mountain Time, North America) for a fascinating and philosophical discussion. More details below.
Registration is free! We will send you a Zoom link after you register.
Each month, this group discusses a book on a topic that can be difficult to talk about.
In June, we’ll begin discussions inspired by Normal People by Sally Rooney. Rooney’s highly readable second novel explores themes of love, sex, class divisions, family, abuse, and ambition. In other words, we will have a lot to talk about. There is also a limited series on Hulu based on the book if you don’t have time to do the readings.
Our June 13 discussion will be based on part 1 of the novel exploring our main characters’ lives before they leave for college. These discussions are for ages 18+.
Grey Havens is LGBTQ+ friendly, and we encourage a diversity of experiences, perspectives, and ideas in our discussions.
