The Thinking Teen’s Guide to Life (and other scary stuff)
July 2 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm MDT
Are you a thinking teen? Do you wish that you had more chances to talk about the issues of our day, your place in the world, and the meaning of, well, everything? If your answer is “yes,” this 5-part workshop is for you! In each session, you will learn to sharpen your thinking skills to help you:
- evaluate news stories and sources
- weigh contradictory and changing advice from experts and other adults
- balance reason and emotion
- think clearly about what matters most to you and how you want to live
All of this will happen in an atmosphere of mutual respect where you and your thoughts are valued. This isn’t about what to think, but about how to think. It’s also a chance to let your inner philosopher shine!
$15 to register. Space is limited. After you register, we will send you information about how to join us online. Register here: https://iamathinkingteen.eventbrite.com
