InterGenerational Philosophy: Civil Discourse
January 18 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm MST
Last quarter, we had a great discussion about how hard it can be to engage in civil discourse. What is it that stands in our way as individuals? As a society? Why is it so hard to listen to opposing points of view and converse in a respectful manner? This winter, join middle and high school students from Grey Havens Philosophy for an interactive conversation on how we can grow as better thinkers and why philosophy brings communities together. Facilitated by Kelly Cowling and Robyn Bosica. Cost: $4.00 resident, $5.00 non-resident. Call 303-651-8411 to register and pay in advance, or bring exact change with you to the door.
