These practices open up a whole new world of reading experiences and provide new and deeper perspectives on life. We’ll teach you how to apply sacred reading practices to secular texts. Contemplative Reading helps you to get the most out of literature and life!
No experience necessary!

You will need: Something to write on. A journal or notebook is recommended to continue this practice in future but good ole paper is fine too.
Something to write with. Pens, pencils, markers, whatever works for you.

This month’s theme is Mental Health part 2! Let’s talk about what’s happening inside our heads.
Anxiety, depression, ptsd, and everything in between. No shame! How’re you feeling?
Let’s bring pieces that discuss mental health or that have helped you with your own mental health.
Participants are encouraged to bring a poem or short writing piece to the meeting with a link to share with everybody or send it to info@greyhavensgroup.org beforehand and we’ll compile them to share in one place.
Bringing a piece is not required to join!
